[Psml] Chart smart etc

For several years now Miles River has taught Boating Safety (using Boat
Smart) as a weekend course.  We then follow up about a month later with our
2nd public weekend course called "Chart Plotting and Navigating with GPS -
Seminar and Workshop".  For this course we have used Chart Smart and Bob
Sweet's GPS for Mariners as texts.  Saturday is devoted to traditional chart
plotting, Sunday to GPS.  We've found that this latter course is usually
attended by "more serious" boaters and most of our new members come from
this group.  In this course we touch upon electronic charting (Maptech's
Chart Navigator) briefly at the end, then tell students that to learn more
they should join USPS and take Piloting (in which we spend roughly half the
time with electronic charting)
 
I suppose that in the future we'll use the new Squadron Boating text for
both courses
