Paul and list,
While this may not solve your immediate problem (or maybe could), on our last squadron meeting a committee was appointed to look into the viability of a digital (paperless) means of delivering/transferring the listed courses to the SEOs. Anyone ever involved in education (in USPS) knows the immense waist of resources, human and economic, that burdens the longstanding system of supplying the courses in our organization. With proper safeguards and judicious utilization, we believe that all courses could be delivered to SEOs in digital form to be either locally reproduced (printed) or otherwise dispensed. You may consider securing a waiver from National to scan a hardcopy book and reproduce it to solve your immediate needs. While this may seem an expensive proposition, when you factor in the savings on shipping and handling and a fair "reduced rate of royalties for National " so to speak, you may well end up being competitive.
