         Thanks for the post! Wish we had more on this earlier. I 
would like to suggest that VA members (as individuals)  contact their 
appropriate Representative / Senator to encourage passage of  H.B. 
1627. House of Delegates can be seen at 
http://dela.state.va.us/dela/MemBios.nsf/MWebsiteTL?OpenView. Senate 
of Virginia is at 
http://sov.state.va.us/SenatorDB.nsf/$$Viewtemplate+for+WMembershipHome?OpenForm. 
This Legislation is definitely a step in the right direction.
