[Psml] Clarification of the Resolution ConcerningtheEducationRequirement for Membership

Last month I asked the PSML to help me by providing background 
information on the Membership Exam Waiver to be voted on in Jacksonville.

Thank you all for providing the reference material and your views - 
especially:  Dave Hinders, Barclay Thomas, Bob Kelly, Bob Soucy, Brian 
Schanning, John Gill, Bob Payette, Mac Macdonald, and Bob Sweet.  What a 
remarkable and rich portfolio of replies I received - on an off PSML.

Last week our Bridge debated the issue, well informed by the information 
that had been received from the PSML inquiry, including the White Paper 
and Power Point presentation that is now posted on the National site's 
Educational Department Home Page:  http://www.usps.org/national/eddept/

After a lively discussion, we voted to instruct our Commander, David 
McKinley, to vote IN FAVOR of the resolution in Jacksonville.
