John,

I have trouble understanding your point. This announcement is for National
Coast Guard Day. These are the very professional folks who are doing their
best to protect our shores from the bad guys and providing search and rescue
services for many years, just for a couple examples. Who better to honor and
why would we feel slighted?

Perhaps not a good idea to announce this information on the psml if  
USPS is being intentionally slighted -- I hope not!
