This is an update on the hotel room availability for our Fall meeting in Norfolk.

The Marriott Waterside has been sold out for quite some time and is full.

The Sheraton Waterside overflow hotel is sold out on Wednesday 5 September. As of 1600 today there are still 5 rooms remaining in the USPS block on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 6-7-8 Sept. If you or anyone you know is still interested in attending the Governing Board on those days, reservations can be obtained by calling the hotel directly @ 757-622-6664 and asking for in-house reservations. The rooms still available are city view double double, non-smoking. Request for anything other than will result in being told that our block is depleted. If interested - call now!

If warranted and as necessary, I am in the process of negotationing nearby lodging for additional rooms at the same rate once the block at the Sheraton is depleted.
