that says anything about it being limited to US Coast
Guard personnel only.

West Marine "celebrates" all sorts of "days" all year
long with discount coupons.

OK I give up, when is the West Marine "National Power Squadron Day"???

Perhaps not a good idea to announce this information on the psml if
USPS is being intentionally slighted -- I hope not!

Also the website listed:  <http://www.frontiernet.net/~dlhUSPS/
coupons.pdf> does not work???
