The theme for our USPS Governing Board Meeting in Norfolk is "EXPERIENCE IT ALL IN NORFOLK".

Please take notice that the cutoff date of 10 August for the activities reservation (Meals, Tours and Educational Seminars) is quickly approaching.

Don't be late in sending your activity reservation to D/5 Reservation Chairman D/Lt Doris Petty at 618 Brookwood Road, Wayne, PA 19087. I am sure you do not wish to miss the "Experience" and fun with your fellow officers and friends. Of course, the attendance at the 2007 USPS Expo as well as the VIP Seminars is Free.

For those requiring rooms accommodations, we still have a quantity of double double non smoking rooms in our block at the Sheraton (757-622-6664) for Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the USPS rate. Call this in house reservation number 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. Due to computer problems, do not use the on-line or 800 number methods.
