[Psml] USPS Membership Manual Update

Hello Marcus and other interested Membership folks,

The Membership Manual is in line to be updated.  We just completed the new
Membership form, established an online new member registration website and
have updated the Ops Manual.  Currently we are revising and creating a new
Recruiting PPT to accompany the Squadron Boating Course materials.  It is on
the schedule and will be completed by the middle of August or sooner.
