Popeye is still on the job,

Working 24/7 for USPS  Popeye graphic PSA's  are continuing to be picked up
and published by marine industry publications.  The latest is a 1/4 page
four color  GPSA  printed  with the Popeye team  promoting USPS Boating
Education Programs. This ad is appearing in the March 07 edition of
SOUNDINGS - Trade Edition.


These GPSA's are a great way to pass the boating education word. This
material is available on the Marketing and Public Relations web site for
downloading and distribution.  It's  good, it works and it is available .
