[Psml] BCA help needed

Help,

 

   I'm new to BCA and I was able to get the certificates and wallet cards
printed, but nothing I do seems to work when printing membership
applications.   In fact, when I try to print the membership certificates
then go back to the program to see what happens,  the program goes into this
loop,  consumes 100% of the CPU and the only thing I can do is shut down the
machine.

 

  So far, I've tried selecting all the records,  coding the records with AM
in the STATUS code, but nothing seems to work.

 

Any help from someone who knows the program would be appreciated.
