[Psml] Maptech and Windows Vista Compatability

Greetings, fellow Power Squadron members:I am attempting to self-study Piloting.  So far, so good; however, my new laptop is run with Windows Vista, which is evidently incompatible with the Maptech software which came with the Weekend Navigator book.
