[Psml] USCGAux Transfers to USPS

   I know somw USCGAux members said they would not go through this "check". I 
guess too much like "big brother" looking at them!   I had heard that they had 
to pay for the "check"  -- don't know if this is true.
   As we do not require any "check" of our members and these Aux. members have 
had courses is there a reason not to accept them?
