Recently there was a plea for help from various folks who were having 
problems getting the Flash animations included in the new Seamanship to 
play on their computer.

Here's a recent column by nationally syndicated computer columnist Jim 
Coates that discusses problems with getting the Flash player to work on 
a computer, with step-by-step instructions for (hopefully!) getting it 
to work.

Note that Jim also recommends a free video player that plays many 
formats (including Flash) that he says runs rings round Windows Media 
Player and Adobe's Flash.
