Why not use the National Safe Boating Test Part 1 or 2 DVD already 
available at HQ?  You can put it on your laptop with a projector and 
stop and start where and when you need it to fit your time frame.  
This format asks a question, then shows you the answer.  It really 
makes them think "I need to know more".  Create your own small 
PowerPoint or edit the other ones offered to play before or after the 
video.  There are lots of options out there.
