That's great news Frank, I was fortunate enough to be at the Jacksonville  
meeting to hear the announcement and lucky enough to read the O com report  
outlining the restructuring and the strategic plan.
 
I fear all those who have been complaining were at a  different meetings or 
seminars and I suspect misplaced the  committee reports outlining the new, paid 
National Marketing Directors  position at headquarters.  I'm sure they have 
been too busy to keep up with  all the growth and changes taking place around 
USPS.
 
Not everyone can keep up with "Ernie speed" progress at 100 miles  per hour 
isn't for everyone.  But 24 to 40 hours reading the officers  reports and 
committee pages on usps.org should  get most people up to speed...
