Hey John, For Topic Two, I was responding to your comment "Have no 
problem with the C/C having appropriate reimbursements."  This 
clearly, at least to me, does not state reimbursement for any one 
else.  Glad you clarified.

Thanks Frank for updating us on the National Advertising grant from 
the Century Fund.  I had forgotten all about that. I know the Ed Dept 
tried to get a grant two/three years ago from Coast Guard, I think it 
was them, regarding traveling around and doing the Train the trainer 
concept.  Glad to see we are finally going to get the funds for that.
