[Psml] DB2000 & Vista

Installed just fine.  The data file has to go in the "My Documents"
folder, though, because Vista is really fussy about where you can put
stuff.  The new version of Outlook also doesn't like .exe files as
attachments, so the downloaded data file is a bit tricky.
