[Psml] New version of MQSeries Client necessary for DB2000 with Windows Vista

Cdr Paul Read, AP (New River Sail & Power Squadron) informed me this weekend
that a newer version of the MQSeries Client software (version 6.0.2.1) is
necessary if DB2000 is installed on a Windows Vista computer.  Cdr Read
found this out through discussions with Stf/C John Bradley (DB2000
Implementation Team).  A new link to version 6.0.2.1 is now on the DB2000
Download web page.  Good work guys.
