[Psml] LED bill boards

Some merchants will dedicate roughly 20% of the display time to public
service announcements on these new LED bill boards.  Some are even in color.
Below is a sample of our "Using GPS" ad at an independent, automobile repair
shop.

I sure wish that the name of the seminar was a bit more descriptive like

"GPS for Boaters"  GPS on the Water or better yet the good old "GPS for
Mariners"
