[Psml] Boat Rodeo

At the annual meeting during the Squadron Officers/General Members meeting  a 
Boat Rodeo was discussed.  If anyone can remember who made that  presentation 
or if the presenter gets this PSML would appreciate the  information.  Our 
squadron is always looking for a new type of on water  event.
