[Psml] Filling out OD 2 form

It can be most easily filled out by using DB2000 database manager. 
Hopefully, the member who manages your Squadron roster is using it for 
that purpose. Select office holders from the database, complete the 
form, and send it in either by email or directly on line--All on the 
computer.
