[Psml] Silver Trident Society

[R. P. Davis]

District 14 has an "Order of the Pilot Fish" group/organization, in
which only those who have made a significant contribution are nominated
and if accepted admitted.  This association is admiisterd by Father
Neptun and Davy Jones.  Members are expected to assist squadrons within
the District as needed.

This sounds like a great idea - a way to keep the P/C's involved and
draw upon their experience. Has anyone else tried it? How has it worked

group of Past Commanders who meet quarterly to provide the Squadron with

Board of Advisors and to assist with Special Projects to advance the
mission
of Boating Safety through Boater Education. P/C John Gainer, right, has

the leader of the Silver Tridents since its formation three years ago.

I am trying to locate a brief description regarding the Silver Trident
Association.  We have one here in the Peace River Squadron and we list
the
officers in our membership directory and I would like to include a
description about who they are, their purpose, ect so our general
membership
will know more about the organization
