I think planning committee works for me when ever something needs to
be worked out we call together all the past Cdrs in our
squadron. Since we are to a large degree in a retirement area that
includes PCs from many squadrons. Our latest "challenge" is that our
incoming Cdr is completing a great circle cruise and is now in
FL. He won't be back home until April (after COW) so we are doing an
acting Cdr of the week routine.
PCs can make most anything work when pressed into service.
