I don't know about Ulead, but DuPage has ordered
Adobe and Microsoft registered as:

Organization Type:
     Inner City Or Community Activities
Organization Sub-Type:
     Community service organization

Call TechSoup's customer service section to find
out if Ulead accepts this. Yes, their front-line
people might not be real helpful, but talk to them
for a bit and then ask for their supervisor.
Remember to stay polite but be persistent.

Otherwise, it's simple but a pain in the &%@!!
to make one order, change your type and make
another order.  8^)
