[Psml] Prince Henry Award

Would be very interested to hear from anyone that has knowledge of the  
procedures that occurred when the Portuguese government made the presentations  of 
the Prince Henry Statue to the districts.  The background of Prince  Henry is 
contained in the education department web site but details of the Gift  of 
Title are hard to come by.  Was anyone there when your district received  the 
statue?
