In a general reply all forms we fill out for USPS need to be set up so they can be filled out on our computers and then saved to a file on our computers. Can't microsoft word forms be setup where when they are filled out they can only be saved is some form other they the template file name of the form. We are volunteers and to cooperate with request for forms etc we need the simple methods to do so.
On a similar subject any place that we are told that use of a process or form is "mandatory" to report something to national is inappropriate. When I am told as a volunteer that I must do something "mandatory" my response is to simply not do the task at all.
