[Psml] GPS Seminar as a PPT

Greetings!
      You should be able to dis-assemble a pps file.  At least, I 
have done it.  Of course, it had been created by my PowerPoint 
program and the original resided on my computer.  Perhaps that is why 
I was able to open, change, and re-save it.
