I know you are all having a good summer, but with three months remaining until our USPS Governing Board Meeting in Detroit (at the Marriott Renaissance Center) the hotel is wondering where our room reservations are. Don't wait until the last minute to make your reservations. The cutoff for obtaining the group rate is 12 August, 2008. 

The internet and phone lines are now open and operators are standing by. You may also make both room and activity reservations online using your credit card. Details are available on pages 16 and 17 in the May/June Ensign publication or by reserving on line at www.usps.org/php/reservations or the National Meetings webpage linked to both the hotel and activities forms. Should you desire to not use your credit card, you can still send a check and completed form for your meals and tours to Registrar P/C Marie Coon 19185 Edgewood Lane, Prior Lake, MN 55373
