Yes, ABC now belongs exclusively to USPS.  AUX has withdrawn from the project.  However, AUX has the right to use the ABC materials they have on hand until they are exhausted but not after Dec 31 of this year.  Their new classroom course, "About Boating Safely" will be a near carbon-copy of the current 2nd edition of the ABC manual.  USPS's new 3rd edition of ABC will include most or all of what is now in the Squadron Boating Course and will be arranged to allow teaching either a short course similar to the current ABC or a long course similar to the current SBC.  

The online version of ABC now belongs exclusively to USPS.  It is also in the process of being updated to correspond with the 3rd edition ABC manual (the short portion).
