[Psml] ComNom Guidelines

[Reinaldo - PRT]

Does any district or squadron has a written guideline or manual on the
working procedures  of the ComNom? I have already checked our O. M. and the
Bylaws, but they contain only general information. Thanks in advance to
anyone who can help.
