Hi Paul,
The real issue relating to on-the-water activities is liability. We have
been working on a total review of our insurance program with what appears to
be some very encouraging results. This is critical to our Boat Operator
Certification program as well as our classroom and other on-the-water
programs. The Board is due to review proposals shortly and make a decision
which hopefully will allow us to do what you are suggesting with adequate
coverage.

Subject: [Psml] On the Water Instructions
This is a question to the group that was asked of me and I don't have an
answer.
Is there a USPS legal policy that allows during part of or after a USPS Boat
Safety class, receiving on the water instructions on boat operations? If
the answer is yes, where can I find the USPS policy?
Thanks in advance.
