Hi Paul,
The real issue relating to on-the-water activities is liability. We have been working on a total review of our insurance program with what appears to be some very encouraging results. This is critical to our Boat Operator Certification program as well as our classroom and other on-the-water programs. The Board is due to review proposals shortly and make a decision which hopefully will allow us to do what you are suggesting with adequate coverage.

This is a question to the group that was asked of me and I don't have an answer.
Is there a USPS legal policy that allows during part of or after a USPS Boat Safety class, receiving on the water instructions on boat operations? If the answer is yes, where can I find the USPS policy?
