If any squadron or district will have it's COW between now and 12/31/2008
please make sure that you have updated DB2000 to release 9.3.0 before
submitting your OD1 or OD2 form electronically. 
Failing to do so will cause your job assignments to be applied to the year
2008 instead of 2009 and make a lot of extra work for the folks at HQ. This
logic error has been fixed in 9.3.0.
