[Psml] DR Position

Doug,
The idea of a 'DR' position is an estimate of where you are (hence
the name 'Dead Reckoning') using the information at hand; speed via
knotmeter (also known as a 'Log'), time via timepiece (the more
accurate the better), and any known current of wind offset (you start
using intuition here so use it carefully).

Using the data from the ship's log (distance and time to compute
speed) would not be a DR since it is probably well after the fact of
where you were when you really wanted the DR position.

My 2 pence at an early hour
