[Psml] Boating Guide to America

As most of you know by now, the owner of Maptech died and the company was sold to three different companies.
 
We are in contact with one of the new companies trying to keep the Boating Guide to America in service. During the transition period the website is temporarily unavailable.
 
Would recommend placing a notice in your squadron/district BGtA links that it is temporarily out of service.
