[Psml] Passing of P/C Lou Anderson

With regret I must inform you of the passing of P/C Lou Anderson, JN of the
Neptune Power Squadron District 3.  Lou had been a USPS member since 13
April 1937, was a charter member of Neptune Power Squadron, and had been
awarded 70 merit marks.  There will be a USPS service for Lou on Wednesday
29 October 2008 at 1900 (7:00 pm).
