The 2009 Annual Meeting agenda is a work in process and will be posted along 
with associated revisions as soon as all national departments and committees 
have completed and submitted their meeting requirement needs and requests 
including the days of the various  meetings, meeting times, AV and 
assignment of meeting rooms. Upon completion the agenda must be verified 
with the hotel and its event coordinator to avoid conflicts with other in 
house activities. The National Meetings Committee is hard at work getting 
these tasks completed to enable our attendees to plan their meeting 
attendance accordingly.
