[Psml] Does anyone know the current details of USPS Credit Cardprogram ?

If I recall correctly, there were MANY members who became
highly ticked off at the treatment by CitiBank; excessive
charges, failures to post payments, etc.
 
I have seen nothing of an "official" credit card program in
quite a few years.
 
The card may have sent some miniscule rewards to USPS
and squadrons, but the exhorbitant interest charges quickly
negated the desire of members to benefit USPS at great
personal cost to themselves.
