Thanks for all the feedback on PSML.

R/C Ted Rankine, Chair of Member Benefits committee, sent me the following response. The "bounty" for each card that is issued and used is $ 37.50 for the squadron and $ 3.75 for district.

Details are at http://www.usps.org/national/admin_dept/membenefits.htm. Click on the link to the card and you can apply on-line.

Here is Ted's note:

The USPS/Chase Credit card details are on the member benefits site at
usps.org and as visitors to the site will see the card is quite good and
provides a good array of benefits; ie travel points, car insurance,
etc...plus it is a cool looking card and really promotes USPS.

As to the USPS financial benefit, there is a 'bounty' for each card that is
issued and used.
The 'bounty' is distributed as follows:
$ 37.50 for the squadron and $ 3.75 for district.

As your previous email indicated, there is also a percentage paid for all
charges on every card issued and they are split between HQ and the squadron
as well. It is 15 basis points ...$ 1,50 on every $1000 spent but it does
add up.
