[Psml] Info sought on name change to "Sail and Power Squadron"

I'd like to ask squadrons who have changed their names what their experience has been.  

What was the reason for the change?

What is the procedure to do it (we are an Ohio squadron) ?  What was the cost?

Did it seem to make any difference in recruiting new members?  Did it alienate members in long standing?
