John,
Just this week I received my membership renewal notice and that was all that
was in the envelope. No yellow insert. However, the invoice from USPS did
include a pin code for me and one for my wife. So some renewals may not have
a yellow insert and members should check their invoice to make sure the pin
code is entered.
