Hi:
I just checked the online Dues-processing system and no mention is
made of a PIN number nor setting up a security question.
Not clear from your message why this is needed when all one wants to
do is pay their dues.
So could you be a tad more explicit as to why it is needed and when
it gets applied!
Obviously we are just one small squadron but we do have some unique
problems that don't befall others, namely members who only will pay
in the local currency(Yen) or are very reluctant to use their CC over
the Internet or don't have an accepted CC. For these persons we did
have a work around to collect the payment in Yen and then charge off
the dues to a CC that is accepted by Headquarters. This worked quite
well last year and seems it will work this year but still the fact
PINs and secret questions are being applied with no input from the
squadrons apparently nor alternate means to make payment if required
does bother those of us operating overseas.
