[Psml] PIN Codes

While I agree that we need to keep our members addresses private and secure, that still doesn't stop folks from just tossing out their rosters with the rest of their recycling.  Not just this organization, but all organizations that publish rosters.

One of the constant complaints about USPS is the lack of communications, and I would put this whole PIN issue up there at the top.  A simple blurb in the Ensign or Compass about the PIN, why it was needed and where we could find it would have helped trememoundsly in alleviating all the churn on PSML.

Subject: [Psml] PIN Codes

Though my name is not John and I don't know all the "future" plans, what I
can
tell you is that our national bylaws say we have to keep the member's
contact info and records PRIVATE/SECURE.  As time goes by and technology
gets better and hackers, etc get more savvy, they will, if they want to, get
in to ANY system with older technology.  With this is mind, ITCom has been
tasked with making the site more secure to protect YOU and your contact
information.  Think of it this way, we see on PSML on occasion that someone
claims that they got spammed and it has come from USPS.
