Just a reminder! It is time that your squadron, district and national are
pulling your information from the national roster to post or print in
various places and they need to have accurate information. Want to know
what they have?

Go to www.usps.org

At the top, click on Site Index

Click on Information Center

On left Nav Bar, click on By Name or Certificate Number

(Since this is a secure area, if you have not logged in lately, you will be
asked to enter your certificate number and zip code, then it will take you
back to this same screen. If you have logged in lately, then you will skip
this step and continue to the next one.)

Enter your certificate number, Firstname/Lastname, OR squadron number -
CLICK on FIND

And whala! There is your information!

Now, if anything is incorrect (specifically your contact info - address,
phone, position etc) please follow the steps below. PLEASE pay special
attention to SPOUSE name - quite embarrassing to print when wrong.

If something is wrong, there is contact/email info at the bottom of the
form. There is also a form to complete to enter the correct information.
This form is only as good as the contact info for the jobs listed by your
squadron for "Information Technology" and "Public Contact". So, I suggest,
that you check back in a few days and if this has not been changed, contact
your squadron secretary (the person in charge of making changes of DB2000)
and worse case scenario, contact HQ directly.

This page is designed for you to find a friend and for you to maintain your
own information, but based on that every squadron doesn't have every job, it
is limited. So, go check it out, get it updated and try to have everything
up-to-date by the 26th. Not sure the deadline, but I think you should be
safe by then.

Have fun playing with the new technology!
