[Psml] Fw: Request to mailing list PSML rejected

Send the message with only PSML in the recipient list.  Send another
copy to other recipients.  Limiting the number of recipients is a spam
filter, adjustable by the list moderator.

Also, attachments over a certain size will cause the message to be
rejected.  Contact the list administrator if you want to send a large
attachment.
