[Psml] OD-2 Help File

A comment I've raised before, namely that the help files are not so 
helpful. They appear to be written as if no errors exist as they 
contain no section describing error messages, what they mean and more 
importantly what needs to be done to remedy the problem.

Case in point: When attempting to Perform Change of Watch option, I 
continually get the message "Error changing officer holders Subscript 
out of range" Doesn't help me know what is wrong or how I go about 
fixing the problem. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Another comment, how does one print out the OD-2 form or find it in a 
file that is readable?
