[Psml] Fw: Request to mailing list PSML rejected

This is almost always due to your e-mail being sent as HTML rather than
PLAIN TEXT. The Mailman program which runs the mailing list is designed to
handle plain text and has a 10K limit. If your mail is set to HTML, you'll
have lots and lots of overhead characters (which you don't see). This is
particularly true is you have a signature.

Please assist me with this problem. I am trying to distribute this message
for a conference session. This Marketing Program has been requested by the
BOD.
Thank you
