[Psml] Barriers to Registration

Dear George
We need to be open to as many communications methods as practical including the letter writers, we don't want to block certain groups of people particularly when it comes to non-members. We already know where the members live.
So mail addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and on-line registration are all important and practical options that a prospective customer can use to reach us to register for a seminar or ABC 3 class. Why not make all of them available.
Sincerely yours

I'm not sure what the full story is behind this, but maybe, just maybe
we're getting too computer orientated. There just might be a lot of
people out there that want to write a letter or send a card or fill out
and mail an application. Or just don't have the interest and desire to
become computer jocks. There might even be one or two people who don't
like DB2000 as strange as that might sound. I don't recall seeing
anything in any of the job descriptions at the squadron or district
level that says that an officer has to have an e-mail address or be
computer literate.

I think it is a real shame that we allow SEO’s to block on-line
registration.
During the past two months I have pondered this and I can not think of
one good reason for national to allow this. There are a lot of folks
in this world some like to talk on the phone, some like to write
letters, some like to go and meet others, some write e-mail and some do
everything on-line even banking. Why should we put up barriers to
registration I just can not phantom it.
If an20SEO does not have an e-mail address to receive on-line
registration notification he should assign someone that does.
What do we need to do to break down the barriers to class or seminar
registration.
Sincerely yours
