How hard is it to get a second email address?
This is why dinosaurs died out. They didn't adapt.
If we don't listen to what the customers want, we can't give it to them.
If we don't listen to where they want it, they will not come.
If we don't listen to how much they are willing to pay, they will not pay.
If we don't use a customer's preferred medium for communications, how can we
expect to communicate?
Marketing 101 - Find out what they want, and give it to them. If it
requires adaptation, adapt or die.
My squadron adapted and went from 50 members in the mid-80's when I joined
to nearly 400 and growing today.
My view, for what it's worth, is you either live with your head in the sand
and get run down by the bus, or pull it out and run with the big dogs.

What ever happened to the premiss that USPS is/was an all volunteer
organization. Now we are expected to publish our eMail address,
phone numbers, etc. to the general public. Also let the "customer"
tell us what they want, where they want it and how much they are
willing to pay??? FORCE members to "adapt" to the public's
preference!!! USPS officers and instructors work hard and donate
their time and talents -- they should be respected and not be forced
to compromise their privacy or communicate using a student's
preferred media.
